Tender Description
The Directorate General of Immigration & Passports (DGIP), Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan, is procuring international courier services for the delivery of passports to foreign missions and for international home delivery of passports abroad. The procurement aims to ensure secure and timely delivery of passports through authorized service providers.
Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and comply with tax regulations. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two-Envelope procedure under Public Procurement Rules 2004.
