Tender Description
The Postmaster General Southern Punjab Circle Multan invites electronic pre-qualification bids from contractors/firms for renovation, repair, and maintenance of building, civil, electric, and sanitation works for the fiscal year 2025-26. The tender is open to contractors/firms already registered with other government departments who wish to register with this office.
Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 09-12-2025. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid opening will take place on 10-12-2025 at 11:30 hours in the Chamber of the Postmaster General. Interested contractors must submit various documents including CNIC, engineering council certificate, bank statements, NTN certificate, partnership deed, affidavits, and details of past works. A refundable deposit of Rs. 50,000 is required.
