This tender invites prequalification applications from competent firms for the outsourcing of the lawns of Mayo Gardens Club, Lahore, for event management purposes. The selected Management Partner will be responsible for marketing, operating, and managing up to three event management units within the designated lawn area, including installation of marquees and allied infrastructure. The contract period is initially five years, extendable for another five years subject to mutual consent and satisfactory performance. The Management Partner will pay rent to Pakistan Railways and is responsible for all operational, maintenance, and compliance obligations related to the event management activities on the premises.
