This tender invites sealed bids for sanitation and drinking water supply system (DWSS) works at multiple rural areas of Peshawar including Mattani, Aza Khel, Mashogagar, Sharkira, Hassankhel, Janakor, Asho Khel, Bora, and surrounding rural areas. The scope also includes rehabilitation of Janazgah and allied infrastructure in these areas. The procurement follows a single stage two envelope procedure requiring technical and financial proposals to be submitted separately but in a single sealed envelope. The bids will be evaluated based on technical responsiveness and financial proposals will be opened only for qualified bidders. The contract duration and detailed scope are aligned with the government’s centralized enlistment policy for the current financial year.
