Pakistan Television Corporation Limited (PTVC) invites technical and financial proposals from top-rated Chartered Accountant firms for the appointment as statutory auditors for the financial years 2020-21 to 2024-25. The audit will be conducted in accordance with the Companies Act, 2017 and applicable auditing standards issued by ICAP. The scope includes statutory audit of PTVC, including multi-location operations, marketing offices, compliance with PPRA rules, verification of government grants and subsidies, advertising and licensing income, payroll and pension liabilities, and merger accounts of subsidiary companies. The audit completion is time-bound with submission of an audit plan within 7 days and completion within 60 days.
