Tender Description
The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan invites bids for the construction of its Secretariat Building under Package-1. The project requires bidders to be registered with PPRA E-PADS and hold valid licenses from the Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories with specialization codes.
Bidders must submit bids physically and electronically through EPADS, with a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled. The bid security must be provided in the form of CDR/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee in favor of HEC. The tender process includes submission of technical and financial bids in separate sealed envelopes at the HEC office in Islamabad.
