Tender Description
The Higher Education Commission (HEC) is inviting sealed bids from reputable firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the procurement of services related to resource provisioning for HEC technical domains. The bidding document is available on the HEC website and in hard copy from the HEC office.
Bidders are required to submit a bank draft or pay order of Rs. 5,000,000 as bid security along with their proposals. The tender follows the PPRA Rule Para 36(b) Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure, with bids to be submitted via the PPRA EPADS portal and physically delivered to the HEC IT Division in Islamabad by the specified deadline.
