Tender Description
Pakistan Post invites electronic bids from financially sound and established transporters registered with income tax and sales tax departments for the conveyance of mail in Baltistan Division. The main mail line covered is Rawalpindi-Gilgit-Skardu. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004.
Bidding documents are available on the EPADS portal and Pakistan Post website. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS by 22-12-2025 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening the same day at 11:30 AM.
