Tender Description
Applications are invited for pre-qualification of reputed and well-experienced mechanical transport contractors for the transportation of aviation fuel from Attock Oil Refinery Limited, Rawalpindi to all Pakistan Air Force bases and units. The contract requires contractors with a minimum of 5 years experience in heavy transport fleet management, financial soundness, and valid tax registrations.
The scope includes provision of large-size tankers with capacities ranging from 12,000 to 52,000 liters, equipped with safety and quality management systems compliant with OGRA standards. Preference will be given to contractors owning at least 50 HMTs, ISO certified, with satellite-based tracker systems and meeting health, safety, and environment standards.
