Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the annual supply of various medical gases including oxygen (in VIE tanks, MF and MM cylinders, and XL-65 liquid tanks), nitrous oxide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, and liquid nitrogen for the Federal Government Polyclinic Islamabad for the financial year 2025-26, with an option for extension. The contract includes free provision and maintenance of VIE tanks and XL-65 liquid tanks as per European standards, along with technical support and safety compliance.
The procurement follows a single stage-two envelopes procedure with mandatory online bid submission through EPADS of PPRA. The contract duration is for one financial year with a 180-day bid validity. Suppliers must comply with DRAP regulations, provide performance guarantees, and ensure timely supply and technical support throughout the contract period.
