Tender Description
National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) invites sealed bids from experienced and financially sound bidders for the outsourcing, operation, and management of retail shops on a lease/contract basis at NUMS-KHINAMS, Park Road, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad. The retail shops include food outlets, grocery shop, stationery shop, and salon shop.
The procurement follows the Single Stage-Two Envelopes method as per PPRA rules 2004. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids separately in one sealed package. Detailed tender documents are available upon payment of a non-refundable fee. Bids must be submitted by December 4, 2025, before 10:00 AM, with public opening of bids on the same day at 10:30 AM.
