This tender is for the execution of fencing works at the Higher Education Commission buildings located in Khanspur (Ayubia). The scope includes jungle clearance, excavation and filling, plain cement concrete foundation works, installation of chain link fencing with GI posts and rails, and fixing of razor wire for enhanced security. The project duration is 60 days from the commencement date as per work order. The works shall be carried out under the supervision of the Engineer In-Charge and in accordance with approved standards and specifications. A 10% security deduction will be retained until the completion of the defect liability period of one year.
