Air University Karachi Campus invites sealed bids for the annual contract to run the main cafeteria serving approximately 500 to 600 students, faculty, and staff. The contract includes management of cafeteria operations, provision of kitchen equipment, crockery items, establishment of serving counters, branding work, and any additional furniture if required. Tender documents are available from 24 November 2025 upon payment of a non-refundable fee. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the bidding instructions and will be opened on the closing date. Bidders are required to apply through the Electronic Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS).
