Tender Description
This tender invites sealed bids for the supply of lubricants on a Free On Road (FOR) basis across Pakistan. The procurement follows a single stage two envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rule 36b, requiring separate financial and technical proposals.
Bids must be submitted in hard copy at the NLC Head Office in Rawalpindi by 6th January 2026 at 1100 hours. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 24th December 2025 to address queries. Bid security and tender fee are mandatory for bid acceptance.
