Bidders must possess a valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificate for 2025-26 and be on the Active Taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue for the supply of Construction & Works (C&W) material. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available for registered bidders on EPADS and PPRA websites. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS by the deadline, and manual bids will not be accepted. Bid opening will occur on the same day electronically.
