Tender Description
Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites pre-qualification from qualified and experienced manufacturers/suppliers for the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 10-20 tons per hour rock salt processing and refining plant at PMDC Salt Mines Warcha, District Khushab. The pre-qualification aims to shortlist capable vendors for the forthcoming Request for Proposal (RFP)/Tender stage.
The selected vendor will be responsible for complete turnkey supply including process flow diagrams, layouts, general arrangements, and equipment design. Final RFP will be issued based on quality and cost with a single stage two envelope procurement method. The tender submission is electronic through EPADS by December 19, 2025, at 3:00 PM.
