Tender Description
303 Spares Depot EME Lahore Cantonment invites bids for the procurement of various medical equipment spare parts as detailed in the attached excel sheet. The procurement will be conducted under the PPRA Procurement Rules 2004 using the Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure. The tender includes supply of brand new and reconditioned items with specified country of origin and brand requirements.
Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes, sealed together, and provide a soft copy of commercial offers on CD. Bid security of Rs 1.00 Million is required. Technical proposals will be opened on 24 December 2025. The depot reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. Registration with 303 Spares Depot or other defense organizations is mandatory for participation.
