Tender Description
Applications are invited for pre-qualification of contractors/firms for consultancy services related to repair, maintenance, provision, and supply of building and road (B&R) and electrical & mechanical (E&M) items including POL installations. The scope also includes appointment of an auctioneer in the area of General Engineering (Arm) Commands Rawalpindi.
Contractors must submit complete credentials and be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Only contractors on the approved MES list with relevant experience are eligible. The tender documents will be issued to qualified firms, and tenders must be received by 11:30 hrs on 09 January 2026, with opening at 12:00 hrs the same day.
