This tender is for the implementation of the Code4AI-South Region Program aimed at empowering youth in Pakistan's South Region with highly demanded coding skills. The program focuses on training 2,500 individuals in three leading programming languages: Python with Angular or React, JavaScript Fullstack (MEAN or MERN), and Java with Angular or React. Training will be conducted physically with dedicated trainers and assistant trainers, including soft skills development and capstone projects. The project duration is 24 months, with 20 months allocated for training. The program includes outreach, trainee selection, training of trainers, curriculum development, and job placement support. The successful bidder will develop and manage registration, learning management, and alumni portals, and ensure at least 80% trainee completion and 70% job placement within two months post-training.
