Tender Description
The Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Mardan Medical Complex invites bids for the construction of a Cardiac Center at MTI MMC Mardan. The project aims to enhance healthcare services and improve performance under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reforms Act, 2015.
Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-4 or above and submit bid security at 2% of the estimated cost. The bidding process will be conducted through the EPADS online system, with technical proposals opened on the specified date. Manual submissions are not accepted.
