Tender Description
This tender invites sealed bids for multiple construction and maintenance works including provision of miscellaneous facilities, construction works, repair and maintenance of electrical supply, water supply, Sui Gas, bazar supply material, and electrical and mechanical works at Jhelum. Additionally, it includes provision of a heating facility at COD Kala for the fiscal year 2025-26 and repair/maintenance of lifts at CMH Jhelum.
The tender requires contractors to submit applications with complete credentials and experience in relevant fields. Only contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and approved by MES in categories A, B, C, and D are eligible. The tender opening is scheduled for December 10, 2025, at 1200 hours.
