Tender Description
Benazir Bhutto Shaheed (DHQ) Teaching Hospital Abbottabad invites bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) for leasing canteen, parking, and washroom facilities at both the DHQ Teaching Hospital and Women & Children Hospital Abbottabad. The contract is for the financial year 2025-26 with monthly rent quoted separately for each work.
The successful bidders will be responsible for managing the facilities including cooking and lighting arrangements. Rates for canteen items and parking charges will be regulated as per the Price Review Committee Abbottabad. The contract includes terms for rent enhancement and requires bidders to be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority.
