The Pakistan Navy invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors/firms for construction work at Bilal Point, Marine Canal Area under the PN Marine Field Engineering Company (MFEC), Sujawal. The tender documents will be issued only to pre-qualified contractors. Tenders must be submitted by 23 December 2025 at HQ 301 Creeks Brigade, Sujawal. Only security cleared firms registered with government organizations and preferably with MES/MoD are eligible. Contractors must provide valid registration certificates including PEC, GST, NTN, and bank statements.
