Sindh Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (STEVTA) invites sealed bids from reputed IT firms for the implementation and support of AI-Enabled Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and Campus Management System (CMS). The project aims to digitally transform HR and academic operations across more than 300 STEVTA institutions in Sindh, enhancing efficiency, transparency, and AI-driven analytics. The procurement follows a Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure with a bid submission deadline of 02 January 2026 at 2:00 PM via the EPADS online portal. The contract includes deployment, training, and 12 months post-go-live support with cloud-based, scalable, and secure solutions.
