Tender Description
This tender invites bids for acquiring brand partnership rights including umpire and six other categories for the Pakistan Super League (PSL) spanning 2026 to 2029 in Lahore under the Pakistan Cricket Board. The scope includes in-stadia advertising rights during PSL matches, offering a prime marketing platform for interested parties.
The partnership involves exclusive advertising opportunities at PSL venues, requiring bidders to understand the dynamics of sports marketing and event-based brand visibility. The rights cover multiple categories, demanding strategic planning to maximize brand exposure during high-profile cricket events in Lahore.
Bidders should ensure compliance with PCB's eligibility criteria and maintain a valid FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status for the financial year 2025-26. While PEC categories are not applicable, adherence to all regulatory and tax requirements is essential to avoid disqualification.
The submission deadline is set for **23rd February 2026 at 02:00 PM**, with technical proposals opening at **02:30 PM** the same day at the PCB office in Lahore. Financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later, with dates communicated separately. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes as per PCB instructions.
Pro-Tip: Make sure to carefully review the bid document for specific Earnest Money and Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) requirements, as missing these can lead to immediate rejection. Also, keep an eye on the official PCB email for any clarifications or amendments to the bidding process.
