Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the procurement of Community Midwife (CMW) Kits and a comprehensive range of medical and non-drug items for the Reproductive Maternal Neonatal and Child Health (RMNCH) program in Hyderabad, Sindh for the financial year 2025-2026. The Health Department of Government of Sindh requires original manufacturers or their authorized agents to supply high-quality medical instruments, emergency lighting, privacy screens, weighing scales, sterilizers, and other essential equipment to support maternal and child health services across Sindh.
The scope includes stainless steel surgical instruments, LED emergency lights, privacy screens with flame retardant curtains, drip stands, mercury BP apparatus, stethoscopes, manual resuscitators, weighing scales for adults and babies, electric sterilizers, plastic sheets, disposable bins, bags for CMW kits, patient stools, office furniture, examination couches, sign boards, delivery tables, steel almirahs, and safe delivery kits. All items must meet ISO and CE certifications where applicable, ensuring compliance with international quality and safety standards. The delivery is expected within 30 days of contract award, with penalties for delays as per SPPRA rules.
Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities, possess valid NTN and GST certificates, and demonstrate financial sustainability with an average turnover of Rs. 100 million over the last three years. The tender follows a single stage two envelope bidding procedure requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Bid security of 5% of the quoted amount is mandatory, and samples or brochures must accompany technical bids. The contract includes a three-year warranty and requires performance guarantees. Compliance with PEC categories and FBR/ATL status is advised to ensure eligibility.
