Tender Description
This tender invites qualified contractors to undertake the construction of 19 culverts across various villages in Umerkot District, Sindh, under the supervision of the District Council Umerkot. Submission deadline is set for 16th April 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 12:00 Noon the same day at the District Council Umerkot office located at Soriah Badshah Complex near Teen Talwar Chowk. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS). Original bid security and tender fee instruments must be delivered in sealed envelopes before bid opening.
