Tender Description
This tender invites qualified contractors in Rawalpindi for construction repair, maintenance of miscellaneous buildings, and supply of B&R and E&M items including POL installations under the General Engineer (Army) Command. The scope covers structural repairs, building maintenance, and installation of petroleum, oil, and lubricant systems, requiring expertise in civil works and electrical installations.
The work involves detailed site assessments and use of quality construction materials suitable for the Rawalpindi climate and terrain. Contractors must demonstrate experience in handling complex building repairs and supply of electrical and mechanical items, ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and hold valid registration certificates. Only firms on the approved MES list in categories A to E with relevant experience are eligible.
