This tender invites contractors in Sohbatpur under the Communication Works Physical Planning and Housing Department to undertake various construction and repair projects for school buildings. The scope includes repairing halls, classrooms, roofs, and constructing new classrooms, boundary walls, and washrooms across multiple government schools. The projects require expertise in masonry, concrete works, and boundary wall construction, with attention to local site conditions in Sohbatpur district.
Contractors must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-6 or above, with relevant discipline codes CE10(v), CE11(i), or CE11(ii). They should also be registered with tax authorities including NTN, Sales Tax, and Balochistan Revenue Authority, and have at least two years of similar work experience. The tender follows a single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure, requiring earnest money of 2% of the offered cost and a tender fee of Rs.1000 per work.
Bidders should ensure their PEC registration and tax status are current and compliant for the fiscal year 2025-26. The contractor must submit a Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee as earnest money.
