Tender Description
The Urban Policy and Planning Unit (UPPU) invites reputed consultancy firms for preparation of Master Plans for five district headquarters cities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The plans will cover strategic urban development for a 20-year horizon, including regional linkages and phased prioritization of activities.
The consultancy firms must be registered with PCATP, PEC, FBR, and KPRA and have relevant experience in master, structure, or strategic planning. Proposals are to be submitted electronically via EPADS by 2:00 PM on 6th January 2026. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 23rd December 2025 at 11:30 AM in Peshawar.
