Tender Description
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Housing Authority invites eligible consultancy firms to submit proposals for commercial and financial feasibility study of Phase 1 of the New Peshawar Valley project under a PPP model. The consultancy will support project execution planning and evaluation.
Proposals must be submitted through the E-Pakistan Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) by 13 January 2026 at 1100 hours. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for 5 January 2026. Firms must be registered with EPADS, FBR, KP Revenue Authority, and relevant professional bodies. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated under Quality Cum Cost Based Selection (QCBS).
