Tender Description
PIA Holding Company Limited (PIAHCL) invites proposals from professional firms, preferably Odoo Official Partners, for the customisation and implementation of Odoo Enterprise ERP software. The scope includes design, configuration, data migration, implementation of finance, HR, payroll, pension, real estate, procurement modules, and post-go-live support including training and knowledge transfer.
The contract duration is defined with milestone-based payments and includes historic data migration, quarterly financial reporting, HR and payroll implementation, real estate and procurement modules, essential customizations, reports, dashboards, and go-live support. Bidders must submit bids electronically via PPRA E-PADS and a hard copy by the specified deadline.
