Tender Description
The District and Sessions Court, Thatta invites electronically encrypted bids for the supply, installation, and commissioning of an E-Library at the District Bar Association, Thatta. The procurement includes hardware such as desktop PCs, printers, routers, furniture, smart TV, internet service, and law site subscriptions. The contract requires delivery and installation within 30 days at the District Bar Association or any other notified place.
Bidders must be registered, experienced, and meet eligibility criteria including tax registration and financial turnover. Bids shall be submitted electronically via the SPPRA e-Procurement (ePAD) portal by 2 December 2025 at 11:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened online at 11:30 AM the same day. The tender includes a bid security of Rs. 23,000 and a performance guarantee of 2% of the bid price. Warranty for all equipment is minimum one year with onsite support.
