Tender Description
The District and Sessions Court, Thatta invites electronically encrypted bids from reputed service providers, manufacturers, authorized distributors, and suppliers for the supply, installation, and commissioning of an E-Library at the District Court Thatta. The procurement includes hardware such as desktop PCs, printer, router, furniture, smart TV, internet service, and law site subscriptions with a one-year warranty and onsite support.
Bidders must submit bids through the SPPRA e-Procurement (ePAD) portal by 2 December 2025 at 10:20 AM. Technical proposals will be opened online at 10:50 AM the same day. The contract requires delivery and installation within 30 days at the District Court Thatta or any notified place. Bid security and performance guarantee are mandatory as per Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2022).
