Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the establishment of a fully equipped E-Library at the Taluka Court Sehwan and Taluka Bar Association Sehwan, located within the Judicial Complex Sehwan, District Jamshoro. The District & Sessions Court, Jamshoro requires supply and installation of advanced IT equipment including Intel Core i5 14th Gen desktops, HP LaserJet printers, TP-Link routers, ergonomic furniture, smart 4K UHD TVs, and internet service subscriptions. The setup includes complete cabling, switchboards, and electrical wiring to ensure a fully operational digital library environment.
The project demands technical expertise in hardware installation and network setup within the Judicial Complex Sehwan. The contractor must ensure all equipment is new, covered by manufacturer warranty, and installed to meet operational standards. The scope covers both hardware and software setup, including law site subscriptions, ensuring seamless access to legal resources. The site location in Sehwan requires careful coordination for timely delivery and installation within one month from the issuance of the work order.
Bidders must hold a valid PEC license with category C6 and relevant electrical codes, be registered with Sindh Revenue Board, and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. Compliance with the 2025-26 fiscal year requirements, including submission of audited financial statements and affidavits on e-stamp paper, is mandatory. The tender follows the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2022) under a single-stage two-envelope procedure.
