Tender Description
Heavy Industries Taxila, Supply Chain Management Directorate invites bids for procurement of expendable and tool items required for the rebuild of Armored Personnel Carriers (APCs) in Taxila, Punjab. This tender covers a wide range of specialized materials including chemicals, cloth, safety equipment, pneumatic tools, paints, and other technical supplies essential for the rebuild process. The items must meet strict technical specifications and quality standards as per the detailed annexures provided. The delivery period is within four months after contract signing, with the destination being Heavy Rebuild Factory (M Series) at HIT Taxila.
The procurement involves supplying brand new, OEM-certified items conforming to the latest specifications. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes, accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Draft, or Pay Order. The tender process follows the PPRA and Ministry of Defence Production rules, ensuring transparency and compliance. Bidders should ensure they meet all eligibility requirements including valid NTN certificates, registration with HIT, and no blacklisting or default history.
