Tender Description
IESCO Islamabad invites bids for the supply of Fire Extinguisher Foam AFF Trly 45 Ltr to its Regional Stores in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Rajjar, and Wah. This procurement falls under the Security & Safety Equipment category and is managed by the Chief Engineer (Material Management) at IESCO Headquarters, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad. The tender is open to FBR registered firms and manufacturers pre-qualified with NTDC, WAPDA, or any DISCO for the financial year 2025-26.
The scope includes delivery of 50 units of fire extinguisher foam with a maximum delivery period of 90 days from local market sources and 120 days from abroad. The goods must comply with relevant local and international standards, ensuring quality and safety. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure with e-bids submitted via the E-Pak Acquisition Disposal System (E-PADS) portal. Bidders must provide a bid security of PKR 30,000 in the form of a Bank Guarantee or CDR from a scheduled bank with an A+ rating or above.
Bidders should ensure compliance with PEC category requirements, FBR registration, and ATL status for the financial year 2025-26. The bid validity period is 90 days, and all bids must be firm and final on FCS basis without involving foreign exchange. The supplier must provide a performance security of 5% of the contract price within 7 days of the Letter of Acceptance. The warranty period for the goods is 12 months from the date of acceptance.
The submission deadline is on the 3rd of March 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day at IESCO Headquarters, Islamabad. Bidders must submit their bids online via the E-PADS portal and also provide a sealed hard copy along with the bid security before the closing time.
