Tender Description
Sindh Enterprise Development Fund (SEDF) invites qualified consultants to manage and execute the Future-Ready Skills and Job Placement Initiative aimed at building Sindh's digital workforce through a comprehensive Digital Skills Training Program (DSTP). The program targets training 800 individuals in high-demand IT skills across Karachi, Sukkur, and Hyderabad, with a focus on future-ready technical and soft skills, including programming languages and emerging technologies. The initiative includes a rigorous selection process, physical classroom training, internships, and job placement support, aiming to economically empower 70% of trainees through employment or freelancing opportunities.
The consultancy scope covers need analysis, curriculum development, training delivery, mentorship, monitoring and evaluation, and strategic partnerships with industry and academic stakeholders. The program duration is approximately 15 months, including marketing, training, internships, and job placement phases. The consultant will ensure compliance with SEDF policies, maintain reporting dashboards, and provide training recordings for 12 months post-training. The initiative emphasizes inclusivity, quality training, and sustainable employment outcomes aligned with Sindh's digital economy growth.
