The Health Department of Balochistan invites electronic bids for establishing a Health Information and Service Delivery Unit in Quetta under Composite Schedule Rates 2023. The tender covers construction and electrical works including solar energy systems. The project requires bidders to have PEC Registration Category C-4 or above with specialized codes EE11(iii) and EE11(vi). Bidders must demonstrate financial capacity with a minimum turnover of PKR 92,595,466 over the last three years and complete two similar assignments.
