Karachi Water and Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC) invites sealed proposals from SECP registered, well-reputed general insurance companies for provision of comprehensive health insurance coverage for its employees, pensioners, and their dependents. The contract duration is initially 12 months with possible extension for an additional year based on performance. Coverage includes IPD, OPD, laboratory, maternity, surgical procedures, emergency services, and pre-post hospitalization within Karachi and outstations. The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope procedure with technical and financial proposals submitted via the EPADS portal. Eligibility criteria include valid registrations, ISO certification, minimum 16 years health insurance experience, and financial strength. Bid security of 3% of bid price is required.
