This tender invites qualified consultants in Karachi to provide expert business development services for various self-generating units under the International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences, University of Karachi. The scope covers multiple specialized units including the Center for Bio-Equivalence Studies and Clinical Research, Marketing Unit, Diagnostic Laboratory, Industrial Analytical Center, Halal Certification Services, and the National Reference Laboratory for Plant Protection. Consultants will analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to advise on market entry, pricing, and promotional activities. The work demands a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, web technologies, and branding principles tailored to scientific and research institutions in Karachi. Bidders must comply with all regulatory requirements including valid PEC categories, FBR registration, and ATL status for the fiscal year 2025-26.
