This tender invites bids for the supply and installation of HVAC systems and associated electrical works for the Anti Snake Venom & Anti Rabies Serology Laboratory located in Karachi under the Livestock and Fisheries Department, Government of Sindh. The project involves comprehensive HVAC works including self-contained package units with scroll compressors, exhaust fans, ducting, HEPA filters, and related civil and electrical installations. The site is situated at the Animal Science Complex, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi, requiring precise engineering to meet laboratory standards and environmental controls.
The scope covers supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC equipment, including air handling units, exhaust fans, ducting with PIR insulation, flexible connectors, and air terminal HEPA filters with MS housing. Electrical works include cable laying with PVC conduits, installation of starters, VFDs, lighting, power panels, and cable trays. The project also includes civil works such as foundations, epoxy flooring, gypsum ceilings, painting, and structural openings. The technical specifications demand adherence to international standards and quality assurance for laboratory-grade HVAC systems.
Bidders must hold a valid PEC registration in category C-4 or above with relevant specialization codes and be active taxpayers with FBR registration.
