Tender Description
This notice concerns land acquisition in Quetta for the establishment of a public park and public utility under the Land Acquisition Act 1894. The procurement involves acquiring land situated in various mahal areas of Sariab for public development purposes.
The land measures 62 acres, 2 Rodh, and 24 Pols across multiple mahal locations including Karez Amanullah, Kechi Baig, Azeem Shah, and Gogra. The Deputy Commissioner/Collector Quetta has issued the draft declaration and invites landowners to respond within fifteen days.
