Tender Description
This tender invites qualified entities in Lahore to secure live streaming media rights for all Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) organized cricket matches, tournaments, series, and events during the international season from January to December 2026. The PCB requires professional media streaming services to cover a full calendar year of cricketing action, ensuring high-quality broadcast and digital delivery across platforms.
The scope includes live streaming of matches held at various venues, primarily centered around Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore. Bidders must demonstrate technical capability to handle live sports streaming, including robust infrastructure, bandwidth management, and compliance with PCB's broadcast standards. The project demands coordination with PCB's production team and adherence to strict timelines for event coverage.
Interested parties should ensure they meet all regulatory requirements, including valid FBR registration and ATL status for the financial year 2025-26. While PEC categories are not applicable for this media rights tender, bidders must comply with all legal and financial prerequisites to avoid disqualification. Earnest Money and Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) details will be outlined in the Invitation to Tender (ITT).
Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes or via email by the deadline of 4:00 PM PST on **January 16, 2026**. Technical bids will be opened at 5:00 PM PST the same day at the National Cricket Academy office in Lahore. Financial bids of technically disqualified bidders will be returned unopened. The PCB reserves the right to amend or cancel the process at any stage.
Pro-Tip: Make sure to carefully review the ITT for specific submission requirements and stamp duty obligations, which are often overlooked and can lead to bid rejection. Also, confirm your FBR ATL status well in advance to ensure eligibility.
