Bidders must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant category and be active on the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). The tender requires submission of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as bid security, and compliance with the Integrity Pact for contracts exceeding PKR 10 million. Financial capability, technical staff qualifications, and equipment availability will be evaluated to ensure contractor capacity.
The submission deadline is set for 12:00 AM on 30th March 2026, with bid opening at 1:00 PM the same day at the Office of the Executive Engineer, Education Works Division, Government Degree College Matiari.
