Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the Renewal of Maintenance and Technical Support of the Voice Recording System (VRS) and its allied components at SBP Banking Services Corporation, Karachi. The procurement is managed by the General Services Department of SBP BSC and covers comprehensive support for the Mynavoice system deployed at the Head Office and KDA Office Karachi. The scope includes maintenance of hardware components such as PCI-E boards, channel cables, USB dongles, and licenses for VOIP, digital, and analog recording channels. The contract also mandates 24x7 technical support with a 4-hour onsite response time, ensuring system availability and performance as per the defined SLA.
