Tender Description
Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids for procurement of materials required for indigenous manufacturing of parts TK VT-4 under in-house manufacturing on FOR basis. The procurement is managed by the Supply Chain Management Directorate at HIT Taxila.
The contract duration is two months after signing, with delivery to DESCOM Factory, HIT Taxila. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes along with required documents including registration, audit reports, and bid security. Evaluation will be based on technical and financial criteria with strict compliance to terms and conditions. Bid submission deadline is 12 January 2026 at 1030 hours with opening at 1100 hours the same day.
