Tender Description
Minor renovation works are required at the National Bank of Pakistan Regional Office in Mianwali, Punjab. This project involves refurbishment and upgrading of the office premises including dismantling of existing structures, installation of wooden textured tiles, granite flooring at stairs and entrance podium, glass doors and partitions, low height wooden partitions, internal and external painting, kitchen cabinets, gypsum false ceilings, cornices, blinds, wooden wall cladding, logo/theme wall installation, and electrical works such as lighting, fans, wiring, and switchgear. The works are to be executed in accordance with the detailed Bill of Quantities and technical specifications provided by the National Bank of Pakistan. The site is located in Mianwali city, and the contractor will be responsible for mobilization, execution, and completion within the stipulated contract period.
The contractor must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 and EE-04. Bidders must have completed at least three similar projects with banks, financial institutions, or multinational companies costing not less than Rs. 1 million in the last three years. The contractor must also be active on the FBR Active Taxpayer List and provincial revenue board, and must not be blacklisted or debarred for corrupt or fraudulent practices. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) using a single stage one envelope procedure.
PEC registration in the required category and active FBR/ATL status are mandatory. The contractor should ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements for the financial year 2025-26. The bid security amount is Rs. 80,000, and the performance security will be 5% of the contract price. The contract will be governed by the laws of Pakistan and the FIDIC Red Book 2017 conditions, supplemented by National Bank of Pakistan's special conditions.
The submission deadline is 11:00 AM on March 31, 2026, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day at the Engineering Wing, NBP Regional Headquarters Building, 26-Mclagon Road, Lahore. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS only, with original bid security submitted physically before the closing time. The office of the Wing Head, Engineering Wing (Central), NBP Lahore, will receive and open bids.
