Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply and installation of multimedia projectors and motorized screens at Sukkur IBA University, Sindh. The procurement falls under Electronics & Appliances and IT & Office Equipment categories, targeting advanced multimedia solutions for educational and presentation purposes in Sukkur.
The scope includes four Epson EB-972 or equivalent projectors with up to 17,000 hours lamp life in eco mode, accompanied by 30-meter HDMI, VGA, and power cables, plus hanging kits. Additionally, four electric motorized projector screens sized 6x8 feet are required. The equipment must be delivered and installed at the university premises, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and warranty conditions. Bidders should hold valid NTN and GST registrations, demonstrate relevant experience of at least three years, and provide evidence of financial stability with an average turnover at least twice the estimated cost. The successful bidder must furnish a 2% bid security and performance security, and adhere to all tax and stamp duty requirements for the fiscal year 2025-26. The warranty period includes free parts and labor, with options for maintenance agreements post-warranty.

Bid opening will follow immediately after the deadline at the university's procurement office located on Nisar Ahmed Siddiqui Road, Sukkur.
