The scope includes supplying medicines as per the detailed Annex A list, with strict adherence to generic nomenclature, strength, and specifications. Delivery is scheduled from 1st March 2026 to 30th June 2027, with possible extension. The medicines must be properly packaged, labeled, and comply with national and international standards including cold chain requirements where applicable. The procurement process follows a single stage two-envelope bidding procedure, requiring separate technical and commercial offers.
Firms must be registered with DGDP or willing to register, possess valid NTN and GST certificates, and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Earnest money is required as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) with specified percentages based on firm registration status. Compliance with PEC categories and FBR/ATL status is mandatory for eligibility. The tender validity is 120 days from commercial offer opening or until 30th June 2026, whichever is later.
Submission deadline is on the 27th of January 2026 at 1030 hours, with technical bids opening at 1100 hours the same day. Offers must be submitted in sealed envelopes at the Directorate of Procurement (Navy), Bahria Gate, Naval Residential Complex, Sector E-8, Islamabad. Only registered representatives may attend the bid opening.
Pro-Tip: Ensure all technical documents including DGDP registration, DRAP license, and IMS/IQVIA certificates are complete and properly flagged.
